Lifetime Upgrade

Any loose earth created diamond purchased from Dahlkemper Custom Jewelers can be exchanged at 100% credit for any replacement earth created diamond of at
least 50% more expensive or greater value. Any loose lab created diamond purchased from Dahlkemper Custom be exchanged at 100% credit for any replacement lab created diamond of at least 2x or greater value. The diamond that is being upgraded must be in original condition and accompanied by the original laboratory grading document.

However, the original taxes and duties you paid will be deducted yet you’ll be charged these again on the new diamond, and the credit value cannot be used in payment towards these.

The original certification and documentation must be provided in a saleable condition.
